B-Team v Dromore Celtic (2-2)

Great win Saturday for the U10 Girls winning 2-1 a way against Charleville A. 1st half goals from Isabel Cregan and Michaela Coombes had the Cross 2 up at the break. Charleville made it 2-1 after 5 minutes of the 2nd half and it was end to end stuff for the rest of the half as we went close to a 3rd and Charleville tried hard to secure an equaliser. Well done girls. Team: Tara McCarthy, Eimear Griffin, Gemma O'Connell, Lorraine Madden, Kate O'Leary, Ciara Ryan, Sinead Daly, Michaela Coombes, Isabel Cregan, Gillian Dooley, Megan Butler, Aoife Gorman, Chloe Hogan & Anna Mulcahy.

Round up of the boys games at the weekend. The U8 continued with the Futsal indoor league in Limerick. We sent in 2 teams again playing Lisnagry, Shelbourne and Pike Rovers. We won 3, drew 2 and lost only 1 game. All the boys played well for us with Josh Downes (2), Jack Lawlor (2), Cillian Murphy (2), Oisin Rabbitte and Conor Clancy getting our goals.

Saturday 1st & Sunday 2nd November 2014

A super day for both our junior teams today our "A" team had an excellent 4-1 win against Aisling. We were down to ten men after 8 minutes but we played top class football with Niall O' Riordan hitting a hat trick and Chris Ward with the other. Kevin Purcell came out of retirement to star in goals.

A massive change in luck for our "B" team with the returning Sean Finn netting 4 and winning a penalty in a super 5-2 win against Northside who are top of the table. Well done to all
